Jack L. Howard has served as President of Steel Partners Holdings since July 2009 and has been on the Board of Directors since October 2011, following a long association with the company that began in 1993. They co-founded Steel Partners II, L.P. in the same year and have held various leadership roles, including Executive Chairman of WebBank and director positions at Steel Connect and IGO. Howard has been a registered principal at Mutual Securities, Inc. since 1989 and holds multiple securities licenses. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Oregon in 1983.
