Warren Lichtenstein is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Steel Partners Holdings, a position held since 1990. Lichtenstein also serves as Chairman and CEO of Aerojet Rocketdyne, and has been in this role since 2016. Additionally, Lichtenstein holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Handy & Harman Ltd. and Chairman of Steel Sports, both roles maintained since 2005 and 2011 respectively. Since 2010, Lichtenstein has been Chairman of Steel Excel Inc. and Executive Chairman of ModusLink Global Solutions since March 2016. Lichtenstein earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania after attending Tulane University.
