Erik Dölerud

Senior Development Engineer at Modvion

Erik Dölerud has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Erik started their career at Chalmers University of Technology as an Engineer and later worked as a Project Engineer, leading and performing a product development project for Sandvik Mining and Construction. In 2012, they joined FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS GmbH as a Student/Project member and also worked on their Masters thesis during that time. Later that year, they joined Minesto AB as a Plant Model Developer, where they were responsible for developing CAE solutions for hydrodynamic analysis and motion simulation, as well as prototype testing and product development. In 2017, Erik became the Chief Technology Officer at Modvion, where they stayed until their recent role as a Senior Development Engineer.

Erik Dölerud attended Chalmers University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution, completing their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from 2010 to 2012.
