Marina M.

Marina M. has a wealth of work experience in business development, sales, and project management. Marina began their career in 2006 as a TV Sales Manager at Telekom, where they managed the sales pipeline, reporting, analysis, customer escalations, and disputes. In 2010, Marina moved to Retail Express as a Key Account Manager, introducing new FMCG brands to the top retail chains, helping to define promotion and marketing strategies, and managing a merchant team. In 2011, Marina joined Velti as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for project definition and scoping, planning, resource requirement definition and resource management, risk assessment and management, and financial management. Her projects were delivered on time and according to the agreed budget, and they received positive feedback from all project stakeholders. In 2013, Marina moved to Orange Business Services as a Business Development Manager for Orange Mobile Enterprise (OME). In this role, they managed the introduction of enterprise mobility services, developed sales strategies, market positioning, and communication planning, and established relationships with top incubators, accelerators, and universities. From 2017 to 2018, Marina worked as a Business Development Manager at M Accelerator, where they introduced an accelerator program to Russia & CIS, developed sales strategies, market positioning, and communication planning, and established relationships with top incubators, accelerators, and universities. Finally, Marina worked as a Senior Business Development Consultant at Masternod Solutions from 2018 to 2021, before taking on their current role as Director of Business Development at Moeco.

Marina M. attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2016 to 2017, where they studied in the Business and Management program. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained a UserTesting Partnered Course certification from UserTesting.
