Bert Grisel

Bert Grisel is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Restructuring and M&A at Moelis & Company since January 2011, Grisel previously held the position of Managing Director at Asia Pacific Advisers, which was acquired by Moelis. Prior to that, Grisel was the CFO of China Architectural Engineering Inc., a Nasdaq-listed construction firm, and spent over seven years at ABN AMRO in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance and Managing Director for Diversified Industries. Grisel holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Groningen and completed Executive Education at Wharton University in 2003.
