Ole Elven is the current Distriktssjef at Moelven, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, Ole served as Daglig leder at Harstadbygg Bolig AS for a brief period in 2019 and held the position of Innkjøpssjef at Per Strand Gruppen from 2005 to 2018. Ole is also pursuing a Master's degree in Ledelse at UiT Norges arktiske universitet.
