Arun Narayanan

Arun Narayanan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community building, marketing, and customer success across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Community at MoEngage Inc. since April 2021, Arun focuses on developing community initiatives like #GROWTH events and the CELP program to enhance SaaS brand growth. Previously, as a Co-Founder of Grassroot Network, Arun launched an intelligent retail marketing platform before its closure during the Covid pandemic. Arun also played pivotal roles at Yellow.ai, where marketing and customer success functions were established, and at Bizom, contributing to significant company growth and recognition. Earlier experience includes co-founding Project Deep Dive, consulting for World Wide Web Hosting, and successfully building and exiting InstaCarma, a server management company.
