Daniel Chow is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand at MoEngage Inc. since May 2022. In this role, Daniel leads teams focused on customer lifecycle and advocacy management. Prior to this, Daniel spent over a decade at PayPal in various customer success roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager for Southeast Asia, where oversight included strategic account management across multiple sectors. Daniel’s earlier experience includes content development and compliance at PayPal, as well as financial services sales at OCBC Bank. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sunderland.
