They hold a Master's degree in Biochemistry from The University of Montana and have extensive experience in project management and regulatory compliance in laboratory settings. Throughout their career, they developed innovative protocols for RNA amplification and played a pivotal role in drug discovery projects at companies such as Pfizer and Pharmacia. Currently, they oversee regulatory compliance and procedure establishment at MoGene, where they have enabled the lab to achieve CLIA certification.
