Jan Lepsky

Jan Lepsky has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Mogenius, where they focus on assisting companies in streamlining their DevOps effort and increasing delivery speed by implementing platform engineering best practices. Prior to this, Jan was employed at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH, where they held the positions of Lead Strategic Partnerships and Manager of Business Development & Strategy. Jan also worked at Handelsblatt, serving as the Product Owner for Apps and Junior Project Manager Digital. Jan began their career at Handelsblatt Media Group as a Medienkaufmann Digital & Print IHK.

Jan Lepsky completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Augsburg from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hochschule Fresenius, which they completed from 2015 to 2019.
