Michael Smith

Michael Smith's work experience includes serving as the Director of Community Services at Mohave County since 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Community Health Engagement at Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics from 2011 to 2020, where they led a team and coordinated patient care services for individuals with limited access to healthcare. From 1999 to 2011, Michael was the CareCoach Coordinator at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital, where they managed marketing communications and built relationships with doctors to increase patient volume. Michael also has experience as an Operations Manager at Mercury Finance in 1997, where they oversaw daily operations and client service functions.
