Darla Willard

Darla Willard has over 38 years of experience at Dal-Tile, having held the positions of HCS Administrative Manager and Sales Support Manager since January 1985. In the role of HCS Administrative Manager, Darla works closely with major customers, including big box home improvement chains, ensuring adherence to customer expectations and compliance with their specific requirements. As Sales Support Manager, Darla provides daily support to the Home Center Sales Teams and focuses on barcode and packaging compliance, in addition to serving as the primary contact for product claims. Darla attended the University of North Texas from 1982 to 1983, where music was the chosen field of study.
