Jay Baker

Jay Baker has extensive experience in sales operations and finance within the flooring industry, having held various leadership positions at Mohawk Industries since 2001. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations, Jay has also worked as a Finance and Sales Operations Manager for Residential Distribution Sales, Finance Manager II for Residential Hard Surface, and held multiple pricing management roles. Jay's educational background includes a degree from Shorter University, completed between 1987 and 1990.
