Kela Phillips

Kela Phillips, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in plant and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Plant Controller at Mohawk Industries since August 2012, Kela has previously held significant roles such as Plant Controller II at the same company and Controller at Milliken & Company, where responsibilities included developing forecasts and analyzing manufacturing costs.
