Lee Howard is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the flooring industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Mohawk Industries since February 2011, Lee has held various roles including Regional Vice President for Hard Surface and previously as Regional Builder Manager. Prior to Mohawk, Lee worked at Beaulieu of America and JJ Nelson, where successful leadership included managing a flooring company with over 100 employees across four markets. Lee's career began at Shaw Industries, where roles included Builder Zone Manager and Territory Manager. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of West Georgia, earned between 1980 and 1985.
