Matthew Bashor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager BI (Central Finance) at Mohawk Industries since August 2018, Matthew has developed and automated critical financial and operational reporting while implementing tools like Jira Project Workspace to enhance efficiency. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as Senior Manager Process and Technology and Process Improvement Manager at Mohawk Industries, managing diverse portfolios of digital transformation projects. From August 2015 to August 2018, Matthew worked as an Implementation Specialist at Dennemeyer, leading implementation projects, configuring software, and analyzing SQL databases.
