Alaa Saif

Alaa Saif has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011. From 2011-2012, they worked at Hughes Design Associates as a Design Assistant. Alaa then moved to RD Jones + Associates, where they were a Junior Designer from 2012-2014. During this time, they assisted in producing Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Elevations, and perspectives using programs such as CAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Sketchup. Alaa also documented Design ideas/ FF&E through all design phases and created Finish, Lighting, equipment, and hardware schedules. In 2011, they also worked at International Language Academy of Washington DC as an Assistant Director, where they assisted students in developing academic, career and personal/social skills, goals, and plans. From 2014-present, Alaa Saif has worked at MOI as the Director of Design, DC, Design Team Lead, and Designer.

Alaa Saif earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interior Design from Marymount University between 2009 and 2011.
