Lisa Geier

Lisa Geier has over 19 years of legal experience. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Law Clerk for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, where they drafted orders and reviewed civil motions. From 2002 to 2014, they worked as a Title Attorney for Marathon Title Company, where they reviewed titles, filed title claims, resolved title issues, and reviewed title policies. Lisa also supervised three employees and conducted real estate settlements. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Attorney for Alba Law Group P.A. formerly Covahey, Boozer, Devan, & Dore P.A., where they examined public and other legal records to establish ownership and clouds on title. Lisa also wrote and published an article titled “Priority of Liens” in the company newsletter. From 2014 to 2022, they worked as a Contracts Manager for American Office, where they reviewed and negotiated company contracts for seven offices. Lisa also led analysis, strategy and compliance with requirements on all RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Lisa also coordinated a cross-functional proposal team to create winning proposal responses and creative presentations. Currently, they are a Contracts Manager for MOI.

Lisa Geier obtained a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2001, following their BA and BS in Spanish and Business from the University of Maryland in 1995.
