Todd Eppes

Todd Eppes has over 6 years of work experience in IT support. Todd started their career in 2015 as a PC Deployment Tech at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 2017, they moved to Helion Automotive Technologies as a Desktop Support Technician. In 2018, they joined Authority Brands as a Help Desk Technician. In 2019, they worked at Venable LLP as a Tier 2 Hardware & Telecom Specialist and at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a PC Support Specialist. In 2020, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Desktop Support Technician and a Desktop Support Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Sr. IT Support Specialist at MOI since 2022.

Todd Eppes obtained two Associate's degrees from ITT-Tech between 2014 and 2016, one in Applied Science in Computer Network Systems and one in Applied Science. In 2020, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from Tata Consultancy Services.
