David Babst

David Babst currently serves as Chief of Staff at MOIA since January 2024. Prior to this role, David held positions at WWH — Worldwide Hospitals as Managing Director and Director of Corporate Development from October 2021 to October 2023. From February 2016 to October 2021, David was with DEKRA, where responsibilities included Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Organisational Excellence, Head of Corporate Strategy, and Senior Manager of Strategy & Innovation. David's earlier experience includes five years as a Senior Project Manager and Managing Consultant at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, specializing in Automotive and Aerospace sectors, and a role in Corporate Strategy at E.ON from October 2008 to November 2010. David holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics with a focus on international management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and further education from FHDW Hannover.
