Aggie Aitken

Aggie Aitken currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at MOIRA since July 2019 and is the founder of 2insight, where work focuses on enhancing leadership skills and competencies. With experience as a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Consultant, Aggie Aitken emphasizes the development of engaged leaders capable of navigating change and complexity. Previous roles include Senior Coordinator for Planning & Executive Services at RMIT University and Sessional Lecturer at Deakin University. Aitken has a strong background in business change programs at ANZ, where leadership involved managing the global headquarters project and overseeing workplace development. Aitken's educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Business and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching from Swinburne University of Technology, along with Bachelor's degrees in Business and Arts/Engineering from RMIT University and Monash University, respectively.
