Beatriz Rosito

Beatriz Rosito has been working in Human Resources since 2006. Beatriz began their career as a Senior Training Analyst, Culture Analyst, and HR Business Partner at Itaú. In 2013, they moved to Telefônica Vivo as an HR Business Partner. In 2014, they joined C&A as a Learning and Development Manager. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Food+ by Compass in various roles, including Director of People Operations - Americas, Director of People Operations - Europe, and LATAM People Operations Manager. In 2023, they joined Moises as the Vice President of People.

Beatriz Rosito began their educational journey in 1999 when they attended Graded - The American School of São Paulo, graduating in 2002 with a High School degree and an International Baccalaureate, American and Brazilian Diploma. Beatriz then attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2002 to 2007, graduating with an Undergraduate degree in Psychology. In 2008, Beatriz Rosito enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, graduating in 2010 with a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, Beatriz Rosito obtained a certification in Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential from Korn Ferry Advance.
