Alejandro Avalos has accumulated work experience in multiple companies. In 2022, they joined Mojix as a Release Engineer. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Alejandro worked at ITC Group as a Mission Critical Engineer, responsible for setting up and maintaining computing infrastructure for various government institutions and private companies across different countries. Additionally, in 2020, they held a role as a QA Engineer at AssureSoft.

From 2014 to 2019, Alejandro attended Universidad Católica Boliviana, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

In 2022, Alejandro enrolled in Universidad de La Rioja to pursue a Master's degree in Development and Operations (DevOps). Alejandro completed this program in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Alejandro obtained various certifications. In February 2021, they obtained the Hitachi Vantara Qualified Professional - Pre-sales Data Infrastructure Foundation certification from Hitachi. Alejandro also earned the Red Hat Delivery Specialist - Automation certification from Red Hat in October 2020, along with the Red Hat Delivery Specialist - Cloud Infrastructure certification in July 2020. In June 2020, Alejandro obtained the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, and in May 2020, they acquired the Red Hat Delivery Specialist - Container Platform Application Deployment certification from Red Hat. Furthermore, Alejandro obtained the Data Science Foundations - Level 2 (V2) certification from IBM in April 2020. In February 2020, they earned multiple certifications from Cisco, including the CISCO Nexus 7700 Series, CISCO Nexus 9000 Switches, MDS 9000 Products, and SAN Technology. Additionally, they obtained the Cloud Core certification from IBM in January 2020. Prior to that, in January 2018, Alejandro acquired certifications from Cybrary, which include Create a Subnet, Open System Interconnection, and TCP/IP.

Most recently, in September 2022, Alejandro earned the CertiProf - Remote Worker Professional Certificate - RWPC™ from CertiProf, and in February 2021, they obtained the TOEFL iBT certification from ETS.
