Todd Mockler

Todd Mockler is a distinguished researcher and leader in the field of plant sciences with a comprehensive background in molecular genetics. Currently serving as a Member and Principal Investigator at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center since August 2011, Todd Mockler also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Benson Hill, an agricultural biotechnology company, since October 2012. In addition, Todd Mockler is the Vice President of Genomics at NewLeaf Symbiotics, Inc. and has held various adjunct faculty roles at the University of Arizona, Washington University in St. Louis, and the University of Missouri system. Todd Mockler co-founded GeneSpace and Intuitive Genomics, contributing significantly to advances in agricultural biotechnology. Educationally, Todd Mockler obtained a PhD in Molecular Genetics from UCLA and a BA in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University.
