Marc Lore

A serial entrepreneur who's successfully launched and sold multiple companies, Marc most recently was the founder and CEO of Jet.com, which was acquired by Walmart in 2016 for $3.3B.

Prior to Jet, Marc and was the Co-Founder and CEO of Quidsi, which sold to Amazon in 2011 for $550M. Marc was also the Co-Founder and CEO of The Pit, a sports stock market, that sold to The Topps Company in 2001. Marc is now engaged in several additional ventures, as an investor and founder — including Archer, Telosa, and Wonder.

Marc and Alex Rodriguez recently became owners of the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves and WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx. In May 2021, he and Alex announced a new venture firm, VCP, focused on investing big and early to equip founders to take their moonshot ideas from zero to $1B+ exit.
