Jonathan Wharrad

Jonathan Wharrad has extensive work experience in various industries. Jonathan has held roles such as VP Global Brands at MoodMedia LLC, where they focused on creating amazing global brand experiences. Jonathan also co-founded Advanced Target Technologies and served as the Co-Founder and Director of Digital Sensory Training. Additionally, they worked at JDR Products Limited and JTEC Europe Ltd, where they were involved in product development and innovation for retail and B2B sectors. Wharrad also had ownership and directorship roles at Widney House Holdings Limited, where they offered secure self-storage and office space solutions. Jonathan served as the EMEA Director of Retail Device Mobility at Moki and as a VP at Grassfish Marketing Technologies GmbH. Wharrad co-founded X2 Computing, a leading retail enterprise computing solutions company, where they held various roles including COO and Head of Product. Jonathan also worked at Serve On, a charitable NGO, as an Operations Team Member involved in international disaster response and community resilience projects. Lastly, they served as the EMEA Business and Product Development Director at Xybernaut, where they led innovative mobile computing opportunities for major UK and EU corporations.

Jonathan Wharrad completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Product Design & Mech-Electric Engineering BA at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1991 to 1994. Jonathan then pursued further education at UCE in Birmingham, England, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Design Management PgCert/PgDip/MA from 1996 to 1998.
