Ágnes Balla

Ágnes Balla is a Strategic Educational Relations Expert with extensive experience in education and training, particularly in international settings. From 2010 to 2016, Ágnes served as the Head of Unit at the Erasmus+ National Agency in Hungary, where they managed a team and contributed to the establishment of educational processes at the EU level. As an Educational Project Manager at Expanzio Human Consulting from 2016 to 2020, Ágnes led various educational initiatives, including career guidance training for over 400 young people and the successful completion of international educational projects. Ágnes also coordinated educational relations at MOL Group in 2020–2021, focusing on university partnerships and dual secondary school training programs. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Szent István University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Budapest Business School.
