Laszlo Csontos

Laszlo Csontos is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in exploration and education. Currently serving as a geologist expert at MOL Group since September 2006, Laszlo leads and organizes exploration activities in the Middle East and Far East, while also participating in asset evaluation. Prior to this role, Laszlo worked as a consultant for GeoLogic BT from 1990 to 2006, conducting basin studies and organizing geological field visits for major oil exploration companies. Additionally, Laszlo was a university teacher at Eötvös Loránd University from 1983 to 2006, where responsibilities included teaching structural geology and organizing geological field work, eventually becoming the Head of the Geology Department. Laszlo holds a PhD in Geologie Appliquée from Université de Lille I and an MSc in Geology/Earth Science from Eötvös Loránd University.
