Laszlo Lazar has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with MOL Magyarország from 1976 to 1998, where various roles included Chief Engineer, Head of Production and Process Departments, and Manager of Tisza Refinery. Between 2008 and 2011, Lazar served as Production Excellence Manager, overseeing the establishment of the Production Excellence Department at Danube Refinery. From 2015, Lazar has worked as an External Consultant for MOL Group Production focusing on competency development and refinery process safety management. Earlier roles also include Technical Competency Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at Kőolajtároló Részvénytársaság, along with consulting positions in Snamprogetti Engineering B.V. Lazar holds a Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas Processing from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and has furthered education in Business/Managerial Economics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
