Vojtech Merva

Vojtech Merva is currently the Head of the Technology Department at Slovnaft, where they manage multiple groups and drive operational effectiveness in refinery projects. With nearly 16 years of experience at MOL Group, Vojtech has held various positions, including Chief Technologist and Head of Continuous Improvement, focusing on Process Technology and Process Safety Management. Their expertise includes implementing LEAN programs, managing fire safety initiatives, and mentoring emerging professionals. Vojtech holds a Master's degree in chemical and food technology from Slovak Technical University in Bratislava.
