Roxana Stan has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Roxana started their career at TWEENCALL in 2006 as an Operator CallCenter and gradually progressed to become a Team Leader Telesales. In 2010, they transitioned into a Project Manager role at TWEENCALL, responsible for managing projects and implementing efficient work processes. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Outbound Operations Manager at TWEENCALL, where they organized and monitored internal processes, developed a department operating model, and coordinated project managers.

In 2012, they joined UPC Romania where they initially worked as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating projects within the company. Roxana then advanced to become a Project Manager, overseeing project implementation and ensuring successful outcomes. From 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Business Improvement Manager at UPC Romania, contributing to enhancing business processes and driving improvement initiatives.

In 2019, Roxana Stan joined MOL Romania and worked as the Back Office Manager until January 2021. Roxana then transitioned to the role of Customer Care & Product Management Manager, responsible for managing customer care operations and product management.

Throughout their career, Roxana Stan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and an ability to optimize processes and achieve targets. Roxana has a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and has effectively coordinated teams to deliver high-quality results.

Roxana Stan graduated from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania in 2009. Roxana completed their degree in the Engineering Faculty with a specialization in Transport and Traffic Engineering. Their studies focused on the field of Transportation and Logistic Engineering.
