Dawei Ma

Dr. Dawei Ma has served as our independent director since December 2019. Dr. Ma is currently the deputy director of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry and an associate editor of Journal of Organic Chemistry. Prior to that, Dr. Ma served as the director of the State Key Laboratory of Bioorganic and Natural Products Chemistry of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry from 2001 to 2010. Dr. Ma has been appointed as research professor at Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry since 1995. Dr. Ma received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Shandong University in 1984 and doctorate degree from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry in 1989 and was a postdoctoral scholar at Mayo Clinic of University of Pittsburgh.
