Sumit Mitra has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sumit started their career as a Senior Scientific Services Officer at NICCO, where they introduced new assays on the ELISA platform and trained clients in correct testing methods. Sumit then moved on to Kopran Limited, where they worked as a Sr. Product Executive and successfully broke key Roche accounts with the Olympus AU series of analyzers.

Subsequently, Mitra joined Tulip Group as a National Product Manager, where they played a pivotal role in expanding the company's venture into instrument business, specifically in the automation sector.
