Rupesh Gupta

Rupesh Gupta is the Managing Director of MoldTecs India, having built the company from its inception and currently overseeing its operations. With over 30 years of experience across the semiconductor, FMCG, and automotive industries, they have held key roles including Head of Sales and Marketing at Cooper Standard and served on the Board of Directors for SFC Solutions and MoldTecs India. Rupesh earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University and an MBA in HR from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Their expertise spans manufacturing, business management, and strategic turnaround initiatives.
