Cesar has worked in the water and wastewater industry for 18 years with an extensive background in water quality analysis, wastewater, and drinking water treatment plant operation and maintenance. He previously worked as a technical assistant for water quality problems throughout Venezuela and assisted in developing and evaluating conceptual engineering projects for drinking water treatment plant rehabilitation. Cesar is enthusiastic about working towards sustainable water treatment and resource conservation. He earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, a master in Wastewater Treatment and Management from Alicante University in Spain, and an Advanced Master's in Technologies for Integrated Water Management from Antwerp University in Belgium.
