Ardy Lu

Ardy Lu began their work experience in 2005 as an Assistant Service Engineer at Sharpmed, working with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Sales Representative at Rheon Automatic Machinery Asia Pacific, specializing in food material encrusting machines and working with top food and snack wholesalers in Taiwan. They then worked as a Regional Field Service Engineer at Haemonetics from 2010 to 2015, focusing on blood component equipment and hemostasis analysis equipment. At Appen, from 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Contract Consultant, improving the relevancy of the news feed for a social media client and working as a job recruiter. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Sales Supervisor at Haemonetics, responsible for developing and implementing promotion programs in the Taiwan market. In 2018, they worked as a Professional English - Chinese Translator and Voice over actor at Upwork, completing over 50 translation and localization projects. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Technical Engineer at Lmb Technologie GmbH, providing technical support, coordination, and training in the Asia Pacific region. Currently, they are a Product Support Engineer at Molecular Devices, providing support to the Field Service organization in critical customer support activities.

Ardy Lu obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Jinwen University of Science and Technology. This education took place from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Ardy Lu has obtained two additional certifications: one as a Tour Manager from the Tourism Bureau, Republic of China (Taiwan) in July 2016, and another as a Level C technician for industrial electronics from the Ministry of Labor in March 1999.
