Steve Boyd

Steve Boyd is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the development and support of imaging software. As a Senior Software Engineer at Molecular Devices since 2000, Steve has contributed significantly to various software projects. Prior to this role, Steve served as IT Director and Software Engineer at Universal Imaging from 1987 to 2000, and briefly worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Marine Biological Laboratory in 1987, where support was provided for imaging software development under Dr. Shinya Inoue. Steve holds a Master of Software Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 2005 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 1987. Steve's foundational education was obtained at Governor Dummer Academy, where studies were completed in 1982.
