Sameer Soleja

Sameer Soleja is the Founder, President & CEO of Molecule. Sameer has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry.

Sameer started their career as an intern at Tony Garza and Lotus. Sameer then joined BearingPoint as a consultant and later moved to Sungard Enform Consulting where they worked as Lead Senior Consultant for six years. In 2006, they joined SunGard Consulting Services as a Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager within a year.

In 2009, Sameer left SunGard to join the University of Michigan Ross School of Business as a MAP Consultant. Sameer then moved to the University of Houston where they worked as an Adjunct Instructor from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Sameer founded Molecule, a consulting firm that specializes in strategy, operations and technology consulting. Under their leadership, Molecule has become one of the fastest growing firms in the industry.

Sameer Soleja attended the University of Michigan - Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, where they earned their MPA. Sameer also attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they earned their MBA. Sameer also holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in Management Information Systems.
