Michael Merrick

Michael Merrick is an experienced engineering director specializing in electrical and aerospace engineering, with 30 years of experience across various domains including Infotainment, Connected Car, and ADAS. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering for Vehicle Antenna Systems at Molex, leading the North American R&D team. Previously, Michael held significant roles at Chrysler, Harada Industry of America, Hyundai Kia America Technical Center, and Amphenol, where they managed product development, engineering teams, and advanced research initiatives. Michael began their career as a commissioned officer and aerospace engineer with the US Air Force, where they focused on missile technology and GPS navigation. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
