Philo Chen

Philo Chen is a Quality Assurance Manager with 18 years of experience in global semiconductor and electronics companies, as well as two years in the food and beverage industry. They have held various leadership roles, including Quality Manager at Ultra Clean Technology and QM Department Manager at Xsense Tech, where they focused on quality management and team development. Currently, Philo works at MOLEX, overseeing fab and OSAT quality, new device phase-in, and supplier management. Philo holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Feng Chia University and is pursuing dual Executive MBAs from NTHU and UTA.
