Roman Buff

Roman Buff is an experienced leader currently serving as the General Manager for Radio Frequency (RF) at Molex since 2025. With a strong background in the Aerospace and Defense and Telecommunications industries, Roman has held various significant roles, including Vice President of Sales for Aerospace and Defense at HUBER+SUHNER from 2022 to 2025 and Head of Product Management at HUBER+SUHNER Astrolab, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Roman's expertise spans sales, international business development, product management, and RF engineering. Roman earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ZBW St. Gallen and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering from FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences.
