Will Shaw

Will Shaw is currently a Business Development Engineer at Molex, working on the Apple account and involved in the Associate Sales Engineer development program. They possess a background in engineering and business, with experience in mechanical design, technical sales, and product strategy. Previously, Will interned as a Mechanical Engineer at Regeneron, where they implemented a condition-based maintenance program, and served as an Engineering Intern at the NYS Department of Transportation, overseeing construction projects. Will also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Rochester, supporting students in Solid Mechanics. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, expected to graduate in 2025.
