Fausto Flores is an accomplished supply chain manager with over 18 years of experience in various aspects of supply chain management, including distribution, warehousing, and procurement. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from ITESO and formal training in international trade laws, they have excelled in roles such as Logistics Operations Manager at Molex and North Latam Logistics & Procurement Manager at Cargill. Fausto has demonstrated strong leadership by managing teams of up to 180 people and has a deep understanding of demand and supply management processes. Currently, they are pursuing a CPIM certification to further enhance their expertise in the field.
