Fernando Ruiz

Fernando Ruiz is an Operations Director at Molex, a position they have held since 2010, following their earlier roles as a Production Manager and Plant Manager from 1997 to 2009. They earned a Master's degree in Management from Harvard Business School between 2009 and 2011 and completed a Lean and Six Sigma Leader program at Kaizen Institute in 2005. Additionally, Fernando obtained a Diplomatura in Finance from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.
