Malte Wischmann is an internationally experienced Director of Engineering with nearly 20 years in leadership roles across four countries and three continents. They have a strong background in strategic planning, business administration, and multicultural team leadership, along with over 25 years in software and hardware development, particularly in the automotive, aerospace, and test equipment industries. Currently a Principal Engineer at Molex, Malte has previously held key positions such as Director of Test Laboratories in China, Director of Design and Development in Mexico, and Head of Operations Services for North & South America at HELLA. Malte earned their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig.
