Roman Buff is an experienced leader currently serving as the General Manager of Radio Frequency (RF) at Molex, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Roman held various positions within HUBER+SUHNER, including Vice President Sales for Aerospace and Defense and Head of Product Management and Application Engineering. With extensive expertise in sales, international business development, and program management, Roman has a proven track record in the Aerospace & Defense and Telecommunications industries. Roman earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ZBW St. Gallen and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering from FHS St. Gallen University of Applied Sciences.
