Shailesh Saran is a business leader and sales head with over 23 years of experience in the IT sector, specializing in product development, marketing, and sales strategies across the North, East, and ASEAN regions. They began their career in structured cabling and have since worked with various industry leaders, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Currently serving as Regional Sales Head at Molex since 2017, Shailesh has consistently driven revenue and established a robust sales presence in competitive markets. They hold a B.Sc. from Delhi University and a PGDBM from Empi Business School. Shailesh has received multiple awards, including Regional Excellence in Sales at Molex for outstanding performance.
