Sridhar Mukthineni

Sridhar Mukthineni is a predictive engineering leader with over 13 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Predictive Engineering Manager at Molex since 2021, Sridhar leads a team in developing high-fidelity CAE models for interconnect electronic products, focusing on structural and thermal performance. Prior to this role, Sridhar held various positions, including CAE Project Leader and CAE Engineer at Molex and Huf North America, where they honed expertise in thermal management and structural analysis. Sridhar earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and is currently pursuing a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
