Steven Polak

Steven Polak is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Molex Optoelectronics, where they design transceivers for hyperscale data centers, overseeing development from concept to mass production. They have a strong background in mechanical design and assembly processes and excel in cross-functional team environments. Previously, they held various engineering and technical roles, including positions at Autodesk, Cisco, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Steven holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
