Tonya Hanson

Tonya Hanson has extensive experience in various roles spanning from lifeguarding to human resources and process analysis. Early career at YMCA of Madison County involved responsibilities as a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and later as an Accounting and Human Resource Assistant, managing payroll and employee benefits for over 100 staff. At Molex, Tonya served as a Process Specialist and later as a Business Analyst, leading significant SAP implementations and providing analytical support for process improvements, while also managing staffing and recruitment efforts. Additional experiences include managing client accounts at J9 Executives Inc., and staffing recruitment at Grus Construction Personnel. Tonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Global Business from Anderson University.
